Pequeño conjunto comercial de escala vecinal que se organiza en forma de L para cobijar un espacio central diseñado como plaza y estacionamiento. Su tratamiento distintivo lo ha convertido en un punto de referencia para el barrio. Los vecinos han hecho suyo el lugar proyectando sus vidas sobre él.
Una circulación permite recorrer de lado a lado el edificio para animarlo. Los extremos se remarcan con una piel formada por franjas de tres colores.
A las áreas comunes se les aplica luminarias longitudinales dispuestas de acuerdo con un diseño que ayuda a definir las circulaciones. Un detalle central de coberturas de madera lleva tres lámparas lineales que actúan como faros del conjunto.
Small shopping mall of neighborhood scale that is organized as an L to shelter a central spacedesigned as square and parking. Its distinctive treatment has converted it in a reference pointfor the neighborhood and the neighbors have made the place as their own thus projecting theirlives over the complex.
A circulation enables to go side by side through the building to animate it. The ends, in whichthe circulations finish, are emphasized with a skin formed by three-color strips.
Longitudinal lightings disposed according to a design helping to define circulations are applied to the shared facilities. A central detail of wooden covers holds three linear lamps acting as headlights of the complex.
