Se diseña un centro comercial de dos niveles, equipado con salas de cine, un supermercado, restaurantes, un gimnasio y tiendas de servicios dentro de un lote de mediano tamaño. Cada sector del proyecto dispone de áreas de parqueo en su mismo nivel. El estacionamiento de la calle se trata como una plaza vecinal en la que la gente se puede encontrar y departir.

A two-level shopping center, fitted with movie theaters, a supermarket, restaurants, a gym and service stores is designed within a mid-size lot.

This complex has parking areas in the first floor and in the second one, in such a way that the differentsections of the project have parking places in their same level. The parking lot in the street is treated as a neighbourhood square in which people can meet and chat.
