Centro comercial, oficinas y hotel se articulan en una gran plaza central que se escalona a partir del nivel de la calle. Los usos y flujos se configuran alrededor de un atrio verde envolviéndolo a modo de herradura y al mismo tiempo creando un microclima.

Shopping mall, offices and hotel are articulated in a great central square staggered from thestreet level. The uses and flows are configured around a green atrium wrapping same as a horseshoe and, at the same time, creating a microclimate.
