Se redefine el sector urbano al convertir una calle vehicular en el vibrante Boulevard Mantaro. Se conecta el centro comercial Plaza San Miguel con un nuevo boulevard gastronómico, buscando transformar la movilidad y crear un corazón comunitario. La elección cuidadosa de materiales y elementos arquitectónicos, como adoquines, mobiliario urbano y paisajismo, crea un ambiente acogedor y funcional. Se plantea un anfiteatro que actúa como un atractivo central, mientras que las nuevas edificaciones buscan coherencia visual y transición armoniosa entre interior y exterior. Más allá del impacto local, el proyecto inspira la transformación de vías vehiculares en espacios públicos, enriqueciendo la calidad de vida y fortaleciendo el tejido social.

The urban sector is redefined by transforming a vehicular street into the vibrant Boulevard Mantaro. The Plaza San Miguel shopping center is connected with a new gastronomic boulevard, aiming to transform mobility and create a community hub. The careful choice of materials and architectural elements, such as cobblestones, urban furniture, and landscaping, creates a welcoming and functional environment. An amphitheater is proposed to act as a central attraction, while new buildings seek visual coherence and harmonious transition between interior and exterior spaces. Beyond the local impact, the project inspires the transformation of vehicular lanes into public spaces, enriching the quality of life and strengthening social fabric.
