Esta vivienda se desarrolla sobre una ladera. Debido al poco fondo y gran frente del lote, la propuesta toma la forma de un gran pabellón longitudinal suspendido sobre el terreno, el cual alberga en fila cada uno de los espacios íntimos de la casa para aprovechar las visuales hacia el valle. Debajo de este, se ubican las áreas sociales con un cerramiento de vidrio que las vincula con el tratamiento paisajista de los jardines y terrazas. El gran volumen se reviste completamente con madera para crear una sensación de calidez campestre y se apoya sobre un gran fondo de piedra que se mimetiza con la topografía natural del terreno.
This country estate is developed over a hillside land. Due to the scarce back and great front of the lot, the proposal takes the form of a great longitudinal pavilion hanging over the hillside, which houses in line each of the intimate spaces of the house to take advantage of the view towards the valley. Underneath this, the social areas are located with a glass enclosure that links them with the landscape treatment of gardens and terraces. The great volume is completely covered by wood to create that rural warmth sensation and is supported by a great stone background that imitates the land’s natural topography.
