Se propone reducir el impacto de la construcción sobre un lote que tenía una amplia área verde. Para lograrlo, se crea un patio en un nivel subterráneo, de manera que el sector más utilizado de la casa queda a nivel del terreno y las áreas de servicio y los dormitorios secundarios se ubican por debajo de él. Toda la casa se trabaja con un tratamiento lineal y transparente frente a las áreas verdes para reforzar la horizontalidad del conjunto sin perder la jerarquía que debe existir entre los distintos ambientes ni perder iluminación y la privacidad de las áreas sociales.
Proposal for reduction of the impact of the construction in a lot having a wide green area. In order to achieve this, an underground level patio is created, in such a way that the most used sector of the house remains at land level and the service areas and secondary rooms are located under same. The entire house is worked with a lineal and transparent treatment facing the green areas to strengthen horizontality of the complex and without losing the hierarchy that must exist between the different spaces or losing illumination and the privacy of the social areas.
