Este proyecto busca adaptarse a la realidad actual de la industria cinematográfica, enfocándose en la escasez de contenido para salas tradicionales y la necesidad de reinventar la experiencia para atraer a las generaciones Z y Alfa. Se sumerge en nuevas tecnologías para mayor flexibilidad, eliminando cabinas de producción y mejorando resolución y sonido para crear una experiencia inmersiva única. El complejo adopta un diseño vertical para optimizar el espacio, con conexión interna entre salas, área comercial, y dulcería con cafetería con vista a la avenida Larco, añadiendo atractivo. La arquitectura, inspirada en Times Square, no solo es un marco físico, sino un elemento activo que interactúa con la audiencia, destacando el compromiso de captar la atención desde la distancia.
This project seeks to adapt to the current reality of the film industry, focusing on the lack of content for traditional theaters and the need to reinvent the experience to attract Generation Z and Alpha. It delves into new technologies for greater flexibility, eliminating production booths and improving resolution and sound to create a unique immersive experience. The complex adopts a vertical design to optimize space, with internal connections between theaters, commercial area, and a candy store with a coffee overlooking Larco Avenue, adding attractiveness. The architecture, inspired by Times Square, is not only a physical framework but an active element that interacts with the audience, highlighting the commitment to capture attention from a distance.
