Tomando la posición que vivimos en una época donde se valora más la arquitectura que antes, Closer es una propuesta que destaca por su vanguardismo y su atención al detalle.
El “edificio boutique”, uno de los primeros en el distrito con dichas características, busca que sus espacios son sumamente amigables, iluminados, cálidos y con una estética de sofisticación.
Su fachada busca ser atemporal al emplear líneas minimalistas y acabados que emulan la calidez de la madera; los mismos que se conservarán sin necesidad de proveerle mantenimiento constante gracias a la calidad del material.
Lima ha cambiado y lo seguirá haciendo. Por ello, nos enfocamos en crear un edificio que responda a las nuevas necesidades de los habitantes y que mantenga su vigencia en el tiempo y que aporta al paisaje de uno de los distritos más bellos de Lima.
Positioned within a context in which architecture is increasingly valued, Closer is a proposal distinguished by its avant-garde character and attention to detail.
This “boutique building,” one of the first of its kind in the district, is conceived to offer spaces that are welcoming, well-lit, and warm, with an overall aesthetic of sophistication.
Its façade is designed to be timeless, employing minimalist lines and finishes that evoke the warmth of wood. These materials retain their appearance over time without the need for constant maintenance, due to their high quality.
As Lima continues to evolve, the project focuses on creating a building that responds to the changing needs of its residents, maintains its relevance over time, and contributes positively to the urban landscape of one of Lima’s most attractive districts.
