Ubicado en la avenida Las Camelias en San Isidro, este edificio boutique de siete niveles logra una gran conexión con el entorno mediante una plaza frontal con un tratamiento paisajístico que crea un filtro visual para los departamentos del primer piso. La fachada elegante, con ladrillos en negro, resalta con distinción sobre la calle. Este proyecto, parte de un conjunto de edificios concebidos bajo una ordenanza que interpretó las nuevas necesidades del distrito, refleja una adaptación eficaz a su contexto, ofreciendo departamentos pequeños con estilo.

Located on Las Camelias Avenue in San Isidro, this seven-level boutique building achieves a strongconnection with the surroundings through a front plaza with landscaped treatment that creates a visual filter for the first-floor apartments. The elegant facade, featuring black bricks, stands out distinctivelyalong the street. This project, part of a group of buildings conceived under an ordinance that interpretedthe district’s new needs, reflects an effective adaptation to its context, offering stylish small apartments.
