El proyecto propone departamentos compactos con un zócalo comercial que complementa la vida residencial. En la fachada, se incorpora un olivo en cada terraza, fusionando la vegetación con la proximidad al parque El Olivar, logrando integrarse con el entorno. El primer nivel comercial, busca convertirse en un boulevard gastronómico, con terrazas abiertas a la calle como parte de la oferta urbana. Esta combinación de espacios busca crear una experiencia urbana dinámica y atractiva, aspirando a enriquecer la vida de los residentes y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de la comunidad.
The project proposes compact apartments with a commercial base that complements residential life. In the facade, an olive tree is incorporated on each terrace, merging vegetation with the proximity to El Olivar Park, achieving integration with the surroundings. The commercial first level aims to become a gastronomic boulevard, with open terraces facing the street as part of the urban offering. This combination of spaces aims to create a dynamic and attractive urban experience, aspiring to enrich the lives of residents and contribute to the sustainable development of the community.
