El antiguo edificio del Banco del Sur se convierte en la sede de AFP Profuturo. La remodelación, distintiva, monumental y contemporánea, proyecta los valores de la compañía y revaloriza la edificación.
Se diferencian tres elementos: el zócalo, el cuerpo central y la torre. El zócalo comprende los tres primeros pisos. Está recubierto con planchas de aluminio compuesto con los colores corporativos (blanco, rojo y amarillo) y perforado para vincularlo con la calle.
El cuerpo central consiste en una pantalla de fierro y cristal laminado que completa el volumen en la esquina. Esta se ilumina por un sistema de leds controlados por un software. El resultado es un efecto dinámico, espectacular y único.
La torre es un elemento añadido con estructura metálica y Superboard para alcanzar la altura de los edificios de la avenida. Este elemento organiza el volumen y soporta el letrero de la institución.
Los colores en la iluminación y los materiales son una innovación entre los edificios corporativos del medio.
A distinctive, monumental and contemporary building projecting the company values is created. Three elements are distinguished outdoors: the base, the central body and the tower.
The base includes the three first floors and it is perforated to link it with the street and is covered with aluminum composite panels using the corporate colors: white, red and yellow.
The central body consists in an iron and laminated glass screen completing the volume in the corner. This screen offers intelligent lighting, which consists in LED lights articulated by a software controlling the whole lighting scenes. The result is a dynamic, spectacular and unique effect.
The tower is an added element with metallic structure and Superboard to reach the height of the buildings at the avenue. This element organizes the volume and supports the institution´s sign.
The building becomes one of the most innovative corporate buildings by the use of lighting and materials in colors.
