En Santa Cruz, capital comercial de Bolivia, los malls son una novedad. Fuera de su carácter utilitario, la gente encuentra en ellos oportunidades para disfrutar nuevas experiencias constantemente y sorprenderse cada vez más. El proyecto ensalza esto con un gran espacio central de ingreso donde los ascensores y escaleras mecánicas, elementos vitales de un centro comercial, toman protagonismo.
Adicionalmente se aprovecha el espacio que ocupa el centro comercial para incorporar dos torres de oficinas en la parte superior. Esto agrega más valor al metro cuadrado para los inversionistas y crea un vínculo entre la gente que frecuenta las oficinas con los diversos servicios que ofrece el mall.

In Santa Cruz, Bolivia’s business capital, shopping malls are novelty. Out of the utilitarian character, people find in them opportunities to constantly enjoy new experiences and be increasingly marveled. The project extols this with a great central space entrance where elevators and escalators, vital elements of a shopping mall, take the leading roles.
Additionally, the space occupied by the shopping mall is used to incorporate two office towers in the upper part. This adds more value to the square meter for investors and creates a link between the people visiting the offices with the different services offered by the shopping mall.
