Edificio que combina vivienda, oficinas y hotel y que está concebido como un nuevo ícono en el perfil urbano de La Paz, Bolivia. El área común y de amenities se descuadra y funciona como un elemento ordenador que atraviesa el edificio, dividiendo de esta manera el volumen de las oficinas con el volumen superior del hotel. La zona de vivienda queda separada de la torre principal para garantizar la privacidad de sus habitantes.

Mixed-use building that combines housing, offices and hotel and which is conceived as a new icon in the urban scape of La Paz, Bolivia.The common area and the amenities area are off-center and operate as an arranging element going through the building, thus dividing thevolume of the offices with the upper hotel’s volume. The residential zone remains separatedfrom the main tower to guarantee the privacy of its inhabitants.
