Esta propuesta parte de la idea de innovar la tipología de edificios de oficinas desapareciendo de la fachada la referencia longitudinal de los pisos para conseguir un tratamiento integral del frente.

Las franjas horizontales discontinuas de vidrio negro y sus complementos más delgados borran los códigos que definen los niveles y crean una expresión futurista basada en blancos y negros, como si fuera un edificio extraído de una novela wellsiana a nuestro presente creando una condición distópica.

Este tratamiento central de la piel del edificio se enmarca con un cajón perimetral construido con una celosía de aluminio. Ello da la separación necesaria de los edificios vecinos para lucir la composición plástica.

La iluminación teatraliza el espacio del ingreso para resaltar cada uno de sus componentes.

This proposal comes from the idea of innovating the typical office buildings, thus disappearing the longitudinal reference of the floors from the façade to achieve a complete treatment of the front. 

The discontinuous horizontal strips made of black glass and its thinner complements erase the codes defining the levels and create a futurist expression based on black and white as if it were a building extracted from a Wells’ novel to our times and creating a dystopic condition. 

This central treatment of the building skin is framed with a perimeter case built with aluminum grill. This fact offers the necessary separation of the neighboring buildings to display the plastic composition. 

In the first floor, the illumination dramatizes the entrance space to enhance each of its components.
