Propuesta arquitectónica que se adapta a las necesidades de Miraflores al construir departamentos compactos. Se contribuyó al desarrollo del distrito cediendo áreas de retiro municipal, transformándolas en espacios públicos con diseño paisajístico y mobiliario urbano de alta calidad. Además, se obtuvo la certificación LEED, demostrando un sólido compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la protección ambiental. Se valoraron las normativas municipales como guías para una planificación urbana realista y sostenible, fortaleciendo la calidad ambiental y creando espacios públicos mediante inversión privada.
Architectural proposal that adapts to the needs of Miraflores by constructing compact apartments. Thedevelopment of the district was contributed to by ceding municipal setback areas, transforming them intopublic spaces with landscaped design and high-quality urban furniture. Additionally, LEED certificationwas obtained, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental protection. Municipal regulations were valued as guides for realistic and sustainable urban planning, enhancingenvironmental quality and creating public spaces through private investment.
