Edificio de oficinas. Office building.
En un lote de frente curvo se diseña un edificio de oficinas cuya base está compuesta por locales comerciales. Se resalta la curvatura de este proyecto con un muro cortina y la incorporación de un tratamiento de luz que consiste en líneas horizontales, como rasgaduras del vidrio. El edificio se retira de los linderos laterales del lote para darle dos fachadas adicionales y así se iluminen naturalmente todos los frentes.
This office building, whose base is composed by commercial facilities, is designed on a curved-front lot. The curvature of this project is emphasized with a curtain wall and the incorporation of a light treatment consisting in horizontal lines with glass scratches. The building retreats from the lateral boundaries of the lot to gain two additional façades and thus naturally illuminate all the fronts.
