Propuesta para dos hoteles en el próximo aeropuerto de Lima, que incorpora un zócalo comercial para enriquecer la oferta comercial. Se destaca la creación de una plaza con tribunas y techos en forma de árbol, que proporciona un ambiente acogedor. Los hoteles han sido diseñados con flexibilidad para futuras expansiones, anticipando la demanda. Estratégicamente ubicado, busca destacarse como referente de sostenibilidad, con enfoque en aspectos ambientales y operativos. Dada la importancia del nuevo aeropuerto, la propuesta busca contribuir al debate arquitectónico sobre la pertinencia de hacer edificios que articulen el territorio con cada edificio que se proponga.
Proposal for two hotels at the upcoming Lima airport, which incorporates a commercial podium to enrich the commercial offering. The creation of a plaza with stands and tree-shaped roofs, providing a welcoming atmosphere, is highlighted. The hotels have been designed with flexibility for future expansions, anticipating demand. Strategically located, it seeks to stand out as a reference point for sustainability, with a focus on environmental and operational aspects. Given the importance of the new airport, the proposal aims to contribute to the architectural debate regarding the relevance of creating buildings that articulate the territory with each proposed building.
