La construcción consta de cinco pisos y un sótano de estacionamientos. Los niveles de oficinas se distancian de los lados para que tengan cuatro fachadas y de este modo el interior se beneficie con la mayor cantidad de iluminación natural posible.
El edificio se trata para que sea un objeto que tenga una imagen contundente sobre la avenida Santa Cruz, en Miraflores. Con este fin, el exterior ha sido recubierto con planchas de aluminio compuesto y granito negro. Este último se utiliza en un volumen situado sobre el frente y en el ingreso, para darle mayor jerarquía.
The construction has five floors and an underground parking lot. The office levels keep a distance of the sides in order to have four façades, and, in this way the inside is benefited with the greatest quantity of natural light possible.
The building is treated to be an object having a convincing image over Santa Cruz Avenue, in Miraflores. For such purpose, the external part has been covered with aluminum composite panels and black granite. This last one is used in a volume located over the forefront and in the entrance to offer more hierarchy.
