Las principales preocupaciones en esta propuesta de arquitectura industrial son la creación de espacios laborales con calidad ambiental y una solución que fomente la interacción social y el trabajo en equipo. La nave central y un pabellón de oficinas con una cafetería adyacente están rodeados por áreas verdes que sirven de filtro a la actividad fabril propia de este negocio.

The main concerns in this industrial architecture proposal are the creation of working spaces with environmental quality and a solution encouraging the social interaction and the teamwork. The central nave and an office pavilion with and adjacent cafeteria are surrounded by green areas serving as filter to the industrial activity proper of this kind of business.
