Dentro del casco histórico de Lima se desarrolla una propuesta que respeta la escala actual y el lenguaje clásico de las fachadas. Su tratamiento volumétrico busca la integración con las construcciones existentes, siguiendo los criterios fijados por el Instituto Nacional de Cultura para edificaciones de este tipo.

A proposal respecting the current scale and the classic language of the façades is developed within Lima’s old town. Its volumetric treatment searches the integration with the existing constructions following the criteria fixed by the National Institute of Culture for buildings of this type.
