Como se encuentra dentro de un lote medianero, esta torre de veinte pisos se distancia de sus vecinos para que tenga cuatro fachadas y así se ilumine naturalmente una mayor superficie en los interiores. Los bordes redondeados y la variación de la planta por piso crean una volumetría dinámica y muy atractiva.
En el primer nivel se diseña un amplio lobby con un servicio de cafetería que aprovecha los retiros para tener un espacio exterior. En la azotea se colocan una serie de servicios complementarios que completan la oferta del conjunto.

This twenty-floor tower is located within a dividing lot and is distanced from its neighbors in order to have four façades and thus naturally illuminate a larger surface inside. The rounded edges and the variation of the plant per floor create a dynamic and very attractive volume.
In the first level, there is a wide lobby with a cafeteria service that takes advantage of there treated space. A series of complementary services that complete the offer of the complex are located in the rooftop.
