Propuesta para actualizar y modernizar la imagen de la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria.
La base del edificio es un volumen con una fachada perforada y un ingreso amplio por el cual se puede observar un cubo rojo en el lobby que invita a pasar a los transeúntes. El volumen de oficinas se retira de los costados en los pisos superiores, lo que permite ventilar e iluminar las oficinas de todos los lados, para ahorrar energía, optimizar la experiencia laboral de los trabajadores y mejorar la imagen del edificio.

Proposal to update and modernize the image of the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration.
The building’s base is a volume with a perforated façade and a wide entrance by which a red cube can be observed in the lobby that invites the pedestrian to come in. The office volume is isolated from the sides in the upper floors, which enables the ventilation and illumination of the offices in all the directions, thus to save energy, optimize the labor experience of workers and improve the building’s image.
