En un lote con poco frente, pero con una magnífica vista a un parque, se diseña un hotel boutique. En los primeros niveles se organizan la recepción y los servicios del hotel. En los pisos superiores se desarrollan las habitaciones buscando privilegiar la mayor amplitud posible con una imagen cosmopolita y bien equipada. Todo el proyecto se concibe como una propuesta de vanguardia cuyos detalles personalizados lo distinguen de otras ofertas más estándares disponibles en el medio.
Design of a boutique hotel in a small-front lot but with a breathtaking view to a park. The reception and the hotel services are organized on the first levels. The rooms are located in the upper levels looking to favor the greatest possible space with a cosmopolitan and well-equipped image. The entire project is conceived as an avant-garde proposal whose customized details distinguish it from other more standard offers available in the surroundings.
